Documentation reconstruction
Missing technical documentation for a machine – especially electrical schematics – is a common issue in production facilities, particularly with older equipment, relocated machinery, or systems modified by various contractors without updating the documentation. At Bros Control, we provide professional reconstruction of technical documentation, restoring full control over a machine’s electrical condition.
What do we reconstruct?
- Single-line and multi-line electrical schematics,
- Control cabinet and operator panel layout drawings,
- I/O lists, connection tables, and cable schedules,
- Documentation for safety and measuring devices,
- Pneumatic and hydraulic circuit diagrams.
What does the process involve?
- Inventory and identification of components on the machine and within the control cabinet,
- Creation of clear and standard-compliant schematics (e.g. in accordance with EN 60204-1),
- Labelling of wires, cables, and devices,
- Functional verification of the machine based on the reconstructed documentation,
- Delivery of complete documentation in printed and/or digital format.
Why is this important?
- Enables efficient troubleshooting and fault diagnostics,
- Improves safety during operation and maintenance,
- Required for modifications, inspections, and conformity assessments,
- Provides a foundation for further upgrades and CE certification.
The Bros Control team consists of experienced automation and electrical engineers capable of quickly and effectively restoring essential documentation – even for complex and extensive installations.
No documentation? We will fix that.
