How the implementation process works
Each project is a unique challenge for us, but all are carried out according to a proven and structured process that enables us to maintain the highest standards of quality and on-time delivery. As a result, cooperation with us is predictable and secure – from contract signing to final implementation at the client’s site.
- Analysis and clarification of requirements
Once the contract is signed or the offer accepted, we proceed with defining the technical parameters and implementation details. Together with the client, we discuss the requirements, functionalities, technical constraints, and expected outcomes.
Result: a complete technical specification and a detailed project schedule.
- Design and documentation
Our project team – including automation engineers, mechanical designers, and software developers – prepares the technical documentation:
- electrical and functional schematics,
- mechanical designs,
- installation layouts,
- component and technology selection,
- documentation in accordance with safety standards.
Result: an approved project ready for implementation.
- Production and prefabrication
At this stage, specific project components are manufactured in our workshop or production facility:
- prefabrication of control cabinets and switchboards,
- assembly of workstations or machinery,
- preparation of mechanical subassemblies,
- integration with robotics and automation systems.
Result: a physically built system ready for commissioning.
- Programming and testing
Either in parallel with, or following prefabrication, our engineers carry out:
- PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming,
- integration with the client’s existing systems,
- FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) – where possible, an internal verification of system functionality prior to dispatch.
Result: a fully programmed and tested system.
- On-site installation and commissioning
Following successful testing, we arrange transport, on-site installation, and commissioning of the system under production conditions. If necessary, we integrate the solution with the production line or other equipment.
Result: an operational system in its target environment.
- Training and documentation handover
We conduct training sessions for operators, process engineers, or maintenance staff. Complete as-built documentation is provided, including technical, electrical, safety, and operational materials.
Result: a trained team and full documentation for operation and servicing.
- Support and servicing
Following project completion, we remain available to provide both warranty and post-warranty service. We also support our clients in future expansions, modifications, and integration with new technologies.
Result: long-term cooperation based on trust and flexibility.
