Each measurement or quality control station is designed based on a thorough analysis of the client’s needs and the specific nature of their production processes. On this basis, our engineers develop bespoke solutions tailored to the quality requirements of a particular product. Alternatively, we can work according to technical specifications and parameters provided by the customer. To guarantee full control at every stage of production, we apply the latest technologies, including:

- 3D measurement techniques.
We deliver systems capable of performing inspections of:
- shape and geometry,
- surface finish,
- component or product positioning and orientation,
- colour verification.
In addition to visual inspection and physical measurements such as distance, length, and weight, one of the key areas of quality control is leak testing of enclosed spaces. The industrial leak testers designed and manufactured by our engineers are widely used in production processes to verify whether a product or component is leak-tight. These testers have found applications in various sectors, including automotive, electronics, and home appliance manufacturing.
Bros Control has many years of experience in the design and construction of both pressure-based and liquid-based leak testers. However, we are also capable of delivering vacuum-based testers and gas detection systems, adapted to the specific requirements of a given process.
We design and manufacture sealing solutions in-house, precisely tailored to the product under test. We are able to seal technological openings and fill voids — both in semi-automated and fully automated modes of operation.
