PRIVACY POLICY

The following Cookie Policy defines the rules for saving and accessing data on the Devices of Users using the Website for the purposes of providing services electronically by the Website Administrator.

• External Website – websites of the Administrator’s partners, service providers or service recipients

SIENNICKA 26F, 80-758 GDAŃSK, with the Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5842738387, with the REGON Number: 222180912, registered in the District Court of Gdańsk-PÓŁNOC in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000909995, providing services electronically via the Website and storing and accessing information on the User’s devices
• User – person for whom the Administrator provides services electronically via the Website.
• Device – an electronic device with software through which the User gains access to the Website
• Cookies – text data collected in the form of files placed on the User’s Device

§ 2 TYPES OF COOKIES

• Internal Cookies – files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the Website’s IT system
• External Cookies – files placed on and read from the User’s Device by the IT systems of external websites
• Session Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External Services during a single session of a given Device. After the session ends, the files are deleted from the User’s Device.
• Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Website or External Services until they are manually deleted. Files are not deleted automatically after the end of the Device session unless the User’s Device is configured to delete Cookies after the end of the Device session.

§ 3 SECURITY

• Storage and Reading Mechanisms – cookie storage and reading mechanisms do not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. It is practically impossible to transfer viruses, trojan horses, or other worms to the User’s Device.
• Internal Cookies – internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for User Devices
• External Cookies – the Administrator is not responsible for the security of cookies from the Website’s partners. A list of these partners is provided later in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

• Marketing and advertising – The Administrator and External Websites use Cookies for marketing purposes and to serve advertisements to Users.
• Statistical data – The Administrator and external websites use cookies to collect and process statistical data such as visit statistics, User Device statistics, and user behavior statistics. This data is collected for the purpose of analyzing and improving the Website.

1. The Administrator uses all possible measures to ensure the security of data stored in cookies. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity and the security status of the device they use.
2. The Administrator is not responsible for intercepting data contained in Cookies, impersonating the User’s session or deleting them as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, trojan horses and other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.
3. In order to protect themselves against the threats indicated in the previous point, users should follow the rules of safe use of the Internet.
4. Services provided by third parties are beyond the Administrator’s control. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose, and use of cookies at any time. The Administrator is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for the operation of cookies used by partner websites. § 8 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
